Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad) is a public National Law University established in 2017 by the Government of Maharashtra under the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014 — the third and final NLU set up in the state, serving the Marathwada region. Located at Kanchanwadi, Paithan Road, it offers the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with an annual intake of 60, alongside LL.M. programmes in Constitutional and Corporate Law. It is recognised by UGC and approved by the Bar Council of India; admissions are through CLAT.
